PRH education in not taught : it is experienced throught an active method which allows every participant to decipher and understand their experiences.

What characterizes our method is:

• Self-knowledge based on one’s life experience
• Methodical analysis of one’s lived experience by analysing one's inner sensations 
• Authentic interaction which respect other's freedom
• Reference to PRH research by means of writen and oral assignments
• A vitalizing relational framework
• A constructive decision making process, throught which participants commit to their personal and social responsibilities
