The starting point of the work on oneself is the person’s lived experience. Persons refer to themselves and to the truth of their lived experience. It is a method of self-discovery .

There is no need to go into theories or in the imaginary. We do not encourage idealization.

You are invited to stop and reflect on your personal experience, based on what is real in your life, with its possibilities, its limits, its restrictions and its difficulties. This contact with your reality is a core element, whether it is in a group program or in personal interviews.
