Refining skills in the use of the PRH Helping Relationship Method

Objectives:

• To further understand the method of the PRH helping relationship 
• To practice being helped and helping 
• To learn to make observations on a helping relationship interview

Content:

• Practical exercises: helping and receiving help
       - analysing my own experience
       - preparing for interviews
       - on the spot experimentation and observation of this experience
• Experience of helping in order to bring out the "how to do" in helping others
• To begin methodical observations with the help of the mini-tools FPM 29 "I Observe Myself as Client" and FPM 30 "I Observe Myself as Accompanist"
