The framework for individual accompaniment

When accompanying people, the person comes first. It is the person that leads the interview and decides what is best for him/her to progress. Pedagogical tools are placed at his/her disposal so he/she actively participates in the growth process.
Educators are in fact truly accompanists while continuing to interact with the client.
The Educators’ benevolent gaze on clients occupies a central place in our helping relationship. Help is based on a quality, safe, authentic and respectful human relationship.

The PRH accompaniment is in part a set of means (workshops, self-discovery method, growth journal, etc.). It is in conjunction with these other means that individual help is usually suggested.
Our method differs from other methods that exclusively use the interpersonal relationship between the person who offers help and the client.
