In our method, interaction is characterized by the respect for your lived experience and rhythm. This allows participants to exist with confidence.

During workshops, participants have the opportunity to express themselves and to share their own lived experience without it being discussed by others. The sharing is lived in an atmosphere of receptivity and acceptance. The purpose of the reflections and interventions by the Educator is to help persons progress. The sharing from other people, in their lived experience, is a means to verify and complete your own discoveries.

Outside the group work, participants have the possibility to interact freely among themselves. They are invited to meet each other with the same genuine attitude as the one used during the periods of sharing. The circumstances of ordinary life do not always foster exchanges at that level.
