When PRH Educators have acquired the basic skills required in several areas, they enter into ongoing training.

They are required to take three weeks of training annually.
They continue their training by developing their expertise in the fields of group facilitation and helping relationships. They do this according to their abilities, interests and local possibilities.

Professional Educators are first and foremost witnesses to PRH Education. They stay in close contact with their colleagues.

Educators write an inventory of their personal and professional growth every three years. Their contract as PRH professionals is renewed for three more years after dialogue with the leaders of the PRH organization.
