What people discover by analyzing their own lived experience is enriched by the results of the PRH research on the explored theme. The purpose of communicating our observations on the human person is to enable participants to verify and understand their personal lived experience and to identify trails for progress.

At times, the Educator hands out an Observation Note or a Commentary on the explored theme. This helps participants better understand their lived experience in reference to a framework of psychological knowledge pertaining to the growth of the person. It is not about conducting a study. Persons integrate only the elements that are important and enlightening for them.
In this way, what is learned is connected to your lived experience. This enables you to increase self-awareness, to evolve towards better adjusted ways of functioning, and to make better choices for your personal development.
