The PRH training is given by professional Educators. These Educators are certified after several years of in-depth and rigorous training.
All Educators are committed to observe the rules of professional conduct of their profession and the internal rules of PRH. They are involved in ongoing training. They share common values and participate in several meetings each year.

PRH Educators receive a specific training, regardless of their previous training. The basis of their training is long-term personal growth and development. 

This training is given over several years and in several stages:

• Apprentice professional Educator
• Professional Educator
