Refining skills in PRH self-analysis

Objectives:

• To help you learn to analyze yourself in a methodical, rigorous and effective way
• To understand yourself at greater depths
• To accelerate your growth through the effective use of the PRH method of analysis

Content:
This workshop is a second level of apprenticeship of PRH analysis:

• Verification of the important aspects of PRH analysis
• Exercises on different types of analysis
• Each day follows the same pattern: after a written analysis of what dwells in you, each person evaluates their own analysis using the mini-tool FPM 63 "Evaluation of My Work of Analysis". This is followed by sharing in the group using the mini-tool FPM 18 "Grid for Listening to Analyses" in order to progress in your understanding of PRH analysis. The work continues in order to enter into a greater understanding of PRH analysis using the mini-tool FPM 16 "Experiential Understanding of PRH Analysis"
