Individual accompaniment (PRH helping relationship) is directed first and foremost towards growth, in order to free the being’s (positive core of the person) vitality and to foster a more harmonious functioning of the person. The helping relationship method requires the use of PRH analysis centred on interior psychological sensations in order to lead the person to the discovery of something new about themselves.

Our counselling methodology calls upon PRH analysis. It focusses on sensations which are psychological in nature. Individuals discover themselves anew. Individual PRH accompaniment is proposed in conjunction with the other means for growth.

This is one of the ways in which PRH is different from many other methods, which use only the interpersonal relationship between a counsellor and a client.
